WORLINGTON CRICKET CLUB

Worlington CC

Welcome to our play-cricket site. We are a thriving Clubmark accredited village team based in West Suffolk. Our two Saturday teams both compete in the Marshall Hatchick Two Counties Championship.

We field a Sunday XI that plays competitive cricket in the Hunts County Bats Suffolk League.

Our Midweek XI compete in Section A of the La Hogue Fordham & District Midweek League, where fixtures take place on Wednesday evenings from May through to July. We also field sides in a selection of local cup competitions.

Our popular youth training sessions take place throughout the year and our young players are given the chance to gain vital match experience over the longer form of the game as we compete in Sunday friendlies throughout the summer.

There is a good friendly atmosphere within the club where we regularly host social events including the Annual Worlington Village Fete and our own Cricket Week. We always welcome new players and supporters so please feel free to get in touch. Contacts can be found by clicking on the 'About Us' link above.

We also have an existing website at www.worlingtoncricketclub.co.uk. Please feel free to have a look, and get in touch with any comments you may have.
